Monica
Monica is an Arizona native with over 25 years of experience in the dental field and extensive training in dental billing and insurance. She is passionate about learning all she can about dentistry which aids in providing patient support and comfort with dental procedures.
Outside the office, Monica enjoys spending time with her husband, Doug, and their two dogs, Gary and Toby. She’s also a dedicated sports fan, cheering on the Cardinals, Suns, Diamondbacks and Rattlers, but also Iowa State—especially for a friendly rivalry with Dr. West’s Texas Tech.
Julianne
With nine years of experience as a dental hygienist, Julianne is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care with a strong focus on comfort and trust. She earned her Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene from New Mexico State University, graduating with honors.
As a wife and mother of four—one daughter and three sons—Julianne brings patience, compassion, and a strong work ethic to her career, treating every patient with the same care and respect she would want for her own family.
Sheila
Sheila is a dedicated dental assistant with 22 years of experience, driven by a genuine passion for helping patients feel comfortable and at ease. She has worked extensively in general dentistry, oral surgery, and cosmetic dental offices, bringing versatility and strong clinical skills to every role.
Having grown up in the Valley, Sheila values community and connection. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.
